What a floor costs
Here are our real ranges, per square foot installed. Where you land inside one comes down to the size of the space, the shape your slab is in, and how much prep it needs before anything goes down. Every quote is free and same-day, and you get the number before any work starts.
Our prices, per square foot
Installed, including the grind and the repairs your slab needs.
- Flake System$5 to $7
- Our signature floor. Garages, shops, porches, anywhere concrete takes a beating.
- Solid Epoxy, No Flake$5 to $7
- One even color, no speckle. What most shops and warehouses ask for.
- Stained Concrete$3 to $5
- The slab you already own, colored and sealed. It wears along the paths people walk most, so plan on a fresh coat every few years.
- Cool Deck$5 to $7
- Sprayed knockdown texture, built for pool decks and bare feet.
- Pool Resurfacing$5 to $7
- A worn deck brought back, in flake or cool deck. Same price either way, so you choose on looks.
- Metallic Epoxy$14 to $16
- The specialty finish. Pigment hand-worked while it is wet, so no two floors come out alike.
What moves the price
Four things, and we will walk you through all of them standing on your slab.
- Size.
- A bigger floor costs less per square foot than a small one, because the setup is the same either way.
- The shape your slab is in.
- Cracks, pitting, an old coating that has to come off: repairs are what stretch a job. We would rather tell you up front than surprise you at the end.
- Prep.
- Every floor we install gets a diamond grind. A slab that has had something on it before takes longer to open up.
- The finish you pick.
- Most of our flake colors are standard. A few, our specialty and hybrid blends, cost a little more, and we say so before you choose.

Every number above is the finished floor, installed: the diamond grind, the repairs your slab needs, and the full layered system on top of it.
Our discount program (Military, Veteran, First Responder, Educator) applies to every service, so ask about yours. Financing is available too, and we'll walk you through it at the quote.
