1. Information we collect

Information you give us: When you fill out a quote or contact form, we collect the details you provide — your name, phone number, email address, city, and any information about your project.

Photos:There are two ways you might give us a photo, and they are handled differently. If you attach one to your quote request, it is stored with your request so we can quote the job. If you upload one to our "Imagine Your Floor" tool, it is used only to make your preview and is not kept. Section 4 covers both.

Automatically collected information: Like most websites, we collect basic technical and usage information — your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how you found us (for example, the marketing link you clicked). We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel for this.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Respond to your inquiry and prepare your free quote
• Contact you about your quote or project by phone, email, or text message
• Show you an "Imagine Your Floor" preview of a finish on your own photo
• With your separate permission, send you occasional promotions and offers
• Understand how our website is used and improve it

3. Text messages (SMS)

We use text messaging in two ways, and both are optional and consent-based.

Quote and project texts:If you check the box giving permission on our form, we'll text you about your quote and project — things like confirming your request, following up, and answering questions.

Promotional texts: If you separately check the promotions box, we may occasionally text you about specials and offers. This is entirely optional — you do not have to agree to promotional texts to get a quote.

For all text messages:

• Message frequency varies based on your activity with us.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you'll receive a confirmation that no further messages will be sent.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (830) 488-7770.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the messaging providers that help us deliver these texts.

4. The "Imagine Your Floor" tool and your photos

Our visualization tool lets you upload a photo of your floor, patio, or pool deck and preview it with different finishes.

• How it works: The photo you upload is sent to our third-party AI provider (OpenRouter) to generate the visualization. We and our provider use your photo and the generated image only to create your preview.
• What happens to your photo:Your photo goes to that provider for one reason, to produce the preview image. We don't keep a copy on our servers. Once the preview comes back, the photo is discarded.
• What we keep from Imagine: Nothing. The preview appears in your browser, and neither your photo nor the preview is stored by us or sent to our team. If you want us to see your floor, attach a photo to your quote request instead, which works differently and is covered next.
• Photos on your quote request: If you attach a photo to the quote form, it goes to the system Shane and Keena use to manage quotes, and it is stored there with your request so they can see the space before they price the job. Access is limited to Triple C and to Resync, who run that system for them. We keep it for as long as we keep the quote record, and we will delete it if you ask. That is the only thing it is used for. It is not published anywhere on this site, and it is never sent to our AI provider.
• What we don't do: We do not sell your photos, and we do not use them to train AI models.
• Your responsibility:You should only upload photos you have the right to use. Please don't upload photos of other people or of property that isn't yours. See our Terms of Service for the full upload rules.
• It's a preview:Visualizations are AI-generated previews for illustration only. The finished floor will vary — colors, lighting, and texture in a real installation won't match the preview exactly.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

• Service providers who help us operate — for example, the lead-management system our quote requests go into, which Resync runs for us, our text-messaging provider (Twilio), analytics (Google), our AI visualization provider (OpenRouter), and advertising platforms (such as Meta). These providers may only use your information to provide their service to us.
• Legal reasons — if required by law, legal process, or valid law-enforcement request, or to protect the rights and safety of our company, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers — if our business is sold or merged, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.

6. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies for basic website functionality and for analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising (the Meta Pixel), which we use to measure and improve our ads. These help us understand how visitors use our site and reach people who might be interested in our services.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal — if your browser sends it, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sharing of your information for targeted advertising.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and similar state laws), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct or delete it
• Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for targeted advertising

We do not sell your personal information for money. Because our advertising tools may count as "sharing" under some state laws, you can opt out at any time using our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the website footer, by enabling GPC in your browser, or by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

8. Data security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

9. Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and the "Imagine Your Floor" tool is not for use by minors. If we learn we've collected information from a child, we'll delete it.

10. How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide our services, and meet legal or business requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we'll do so unless we're required to keep it.
