1. Who we are

Triple C Epoxy Flooring ("Triple C," "we," "us," or "our") is a family-owned flooring company serving New Braunfels and the Texas Hill Country. You can reach us at (830) 488-7770 or s-k@triplecepoxyflooring.com.

2. Using our website

You must be at least 18 years old to submit our forms or use our "Imagine Your Floor" tool. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Break any law or regulation
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or its security
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
• Upload anything harmful, such as viruses or malicious code
• Use the site in any way that could harm Triple C, our customers, or others

3. Requesting a quote

When you request a quote, you're asking us to contact you — you're not entering a binding contract for work. Any quote we provide is an estimate based on the information you give us; final pricing depends on an assessment of your actual project. We'll always be upfront about what affects your price.

4. The "Imagine Your Floor" tool

Our visualization tool lets you upload a photo and preview it with different finishes. It's a free convenience feature, and by using it you agree to the following.

Your content and your rights.You're responsible for any photo you upload ("your content"). By uploading a photo, you represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload and use it, and that doing so doesn't violate anyone's privacy, property, or other rights.

What you may not upload. You agree not to upload:

• Photos of property you don't own or have permission to use
• Photos containing other people, or any person's likeness, without their consent
• Any photo of, or depicting, a minor
• Anything unlawful, infringing, offensive, or that violates these Terms

How your content is handled. To create your preview, your photo is sent to our third-party AI provider to generate the visualization. Once the preview comes back, the photo is discarded: the preview appears in your browser, and neither your photo nor the preview is stored by us or sent to our team. If you want us to see your floor, attach a photo to your quote request instead, which works differently and is covered in our Privacy Policy. We don't sell your photos or use them to train AI models.

Monitoring and child safety.We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review content uploaded to or generated by our tool. In compliance with applicable law, if we identify any content involving the exploitation or endangerment of a minor, we will remove it and report it to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). By using the tool, you consent to this monitoring and reporting, and you understand you may face legal consequences for violating these Terms.

The visualization is a preview, not a guarantee — confirm colors with real samples. Visualizations are AI-generated previews for illustration and inspiration only. They are not exact representations of our products or of a finished installation, and they do not accurately reflect true product colors, textures, or finishes. On-screen colors vary by device, and a real installation depends on your existing concrete, lighting, and site conditions. A visualization is not a substitute for viewing physical product samples, and you should confirm your final color and finish selections with actual samples before any work begins. You should not rely on a visualization as a promise of how your finished floor will look. Because of how AI works, the tool may produce similar results for different users, and we make no guarantee that any output is unique to you.

5. Intellectual property

The Triple C name, logo, website content, photos of our work, and design are owned by Triple C or used with permission, and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our permission. You keep ownership of the photos you upload; you simply grant us permission to use them as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy to provide the tool and prepare your quote.

6. Text messages

If you opt in on our forms, we may send you text messages about your quote and, only if you separately agree, occasional promotions. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can opt out anytime by replying STOP. Agreeing to promotional texts is never required to get a quote. 7. Third-party services

Our site uses third-party services (for example, our AI visualization provider, analytics, and messaging providers). Your use of the tool involves these providers, and their handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. We're not responsible for the practices of third-party sites we may link to.

8. Disclaimers

Our website and tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the site or the visualization tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate. Nothing on the website is professional advice, and the visualization tool does not guarantee any particular result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triple C is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the visualization tool. This does not affect any rights you have under our actual service agreements or warranties for work we perform, which are handled separately and directly with you.

10. Your responsibility for what you upload (indemnification)

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Triple C and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from content you upload, your misuse of the visualization tool, or your violation of these Terms — including any claim that a photo you uploaded infringed someone's rights or was uploaded without the necessary permission. If someone brings a claim against us because of something you uploaded or did in violation of these Terms, that responsibility is yours.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "effective date" above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
