Stained Concrete & Decorative Concrete in the Texas Hill Country
The slab you already own, made beautiful.
When clients come to us wanting a floor that looks like something special, stained concrete is usually the answer. We can take a plain gray slab and turn it into rich wood-look planks or a custom color you picked yourself, but it's still concrete underneath, which means it lasts. And like everything we do, you're working directly with us, Shane and Keena, start to finish. We scope the job, we keep you posted, and we answer for the result.

Why folks choose it
- The look of wood, stone, or custom color (for less than the real thing)
- Color soaks into the slab, so it won't fade or peel like a coating
- Every floor comes out one of a kind, indoors or out
What is stained concrete?
It's exactly what it sounds like, with a twist most folks don't expect: we take your existing concrete and stain it a color, and if you want the wood look, we go in with a scoring machine and cut the pattern right into the slab before we stain it. When it's done, it reads like a wood floor or a rich custom finish, but there's not a plank in sight. It's all concrete. That's the beauty of decorative concrete: the look you want, on a surface that actually holds up.
The wood look — without the wood
This is the one people fall in love with. Real wood floors are expensive, and they warp, scratch, and hate moisture. We give you the look of wood (the grain, the plank lines, the warm color) by scoring and staining your concrete instead. So you get the character of wood for less than a real wood floor costs, on a surface that won't buckle in the Texas heat, won't rot by the back door, and cleans up with a mop. Honestly, the pictures say it better than we can. Scroll down to our job book and see for yourself. Most folks can't tell it's not real wood until we tell them.
Decorative concrete for patios, entryways, and living spaces
Stain isn't just an indoor trick. We stain patios, entryways, pool surrounds, sunrooms, and floors inside the house: anywhere you've got concrete you're tired of looking at. Because the color soaks into the slab instead of sitting on top, a stained floor won't fade or peel, and it takes on a depth and variation you can't get from a coating. No two ever come out exactly alike. If it's concrete, we can make it look like something you're proud of.
What does stained concrete cost?
Stained concrete runs $3 to $5 per square foot, installed. Where you land in that range depends on the size, the shape your concrete's in, and whether you want a simple stain or a scored wood-look pattern. Your quote is free and same-day, with a straight answer on price up front, never at the end. And if you're military, a veteran, a first responder, or an educator, ask about your discount.
How long does a stained concrete floor take?
Most stained floors run two to three days, and a scored wood-look pattern sits at the longer end of that. Prep moves the schedule more than square footage does, so a slab that needs work before we can stain it will take longer. Once we're done, give it 24 hours before you walk on it and move furniture and plants back in. And we'll always give you the honest timeline before we start, so you can plan around it.
Where we do stained concrete
We stain and score concrete all over: New Braunfels, Seguin, San Marcos, Canyon Lake, Spring Branch, Bulverde, and everywhere in between. If you're somewhere in the Hill Country, chances are we've already done a floor near you.
