Solid Epoxy, No Flake: Floors in One Clean Color
No flake, no speckle. Just one clean color.
Some floors don't want speckle. If you're after a plain colored floor, one even color from wall to wall, that's a solid epoxy floor with no flake in it. It's what a lot of shops, work bays, and warehouses call us about, and it gets the same grind, the same repairs, and the same layered build as every other floor we install. And like everything we do, you're working directly with us, Shane and Keena, from the first quote to the last coat.

Why folks choose it
- One clean color, no speckle: the plain industrial look a lot of shops want
- Pigment mixed into the coating on site, in black, white, or three grays
- The same diamond grind, repair, and prep as every floor we install
What is a solid epoxy floor?
It's the same build as one of our flake floors with the flake left out. We diamond grind the slab, repair what the years cracked, lay your color, and seal it under a clear top coat. What you end up with is one even color across the whole floor instead of the granite-look speckle the flake gives you. The surface comes out smooth, so if you want texture underfoot, flake is the one that gives you that. Otherwise this is about as clean and simple as a floor gets.
Where a solid floor makes sense
Shops and work bays are the big one. Plenty of folks call us wanting a commercial grade gray on the shop floor and nothing else, and this is exactly that. We also lay solid color in warehouses, showrooms, garages, and utility rooms, and we've done a solid gray home basketball court with the key finished in red. If you're running a warehouse or a shop, we can add line marking on top of the floor color for walkways, aisles, and hazard zones.
The colors, and how we mix them
Black, white, and three grays cover most of what people ask for, and you can see every one of them on our colors page. The color is pigment we mix into the coating on site, so what you pick is what goes down. If you're picturing something that isn't on that page, ask anyway and we'll tell you straight what we can get.
What does a solid epoxy floor cost?
A solid epoxy floor runs $5 to $7 per square foot, installed. Where you land in that range comes down to how big the space is, what shape your concrete's in, how much prep and repair it needs, and the finish you're after. Your quote is free and same-day, with a straight answer on price up front, never at the end. And if you're military, a veteran, a first responder, or an educator, ask about your discount.
Where we lay solid color floors
