Can you match a custom color for my garage?

Often, yes. We've done accents like school colors (we did exactly that in La Cima), and we can source more stock blends than we show on the colors page. Brand-new blends mixed to your own recipe are on pause at our supplier for now, so ask us what's available.

Do you work with rentals or investment properties in San Marcos?

Often. A coated garage floor turns over cleaner and holds up between tenants. We can work around a turnover timeline.

How long is my garage out of use?

Usually just the one day. Anything under about a thousand square feet, which covers most La Cima garages, we knock out start to finish in a single visit. Then it's 24 hours before you walk on it and 72 hours before you park on it, so hot tires don't mark a floor that's still curing.

A lot of San Marcos is brand new (whole neighborhoods like La Cima and Blanco Vista went from caliche to closing in a few years), and brand-new usually means a bare gray slab in the garage. That's exactly where flake flooring in San Marcos earns its keep: one install turns the emptiest room in the house into the toughest one.

One of our favorite jobs anywhere is a La Cima garage in our Domino blend with a custom accent broadcast in the homeowner's school colors. Between the university crowd, the commuters, and the river folks, this town moves hard on its floors. We coat them so it doesn't show.

Also serving Kyle, Buda, Wimberley, Martindale, and the I-35 corridor between here and New Braunfels.

Epoxy garage floor coating in San Marcos, including a custom one

San Marcos is a growing town, and we've done a good bit of work up in the La Cima community. One we're proud of: a homeowner picked our Domino blend (black, gray, and white) and asked us to work in a custom yellow accent to match his school colors. It came out sharp. That's the fun of a flake system: pick a named blend, then ask us about working in a color that means something to you.

Beyond the look, that floor does the everyday job: it takes Texas heat, daily traffic, and whatever garage life throws at it, and cleans up with a mop.

With Texas State right here, we also coat rental-turnover and investment-property garages, floors that need to look great for the next tenant and hold up between them.
